Pretty sure you need the girls a certain level and blackmail stuff for the none psychic ladies, not sure if the player has to be a certain level or not but I think the girls require level 5, though that level maybe from the mod versions.

I use both pc and mobile. I recommend you use joiplay, kinda laggy/buggy in some positions but it works

the better option is just use pc
