I swear is Evolution the only X-Men any of these devs have watched? Why do we need 4 Evolution style games? There's a whole wealth of comics and several other series they could pull from and make a unique game.

Evo is the one that people know the most of our age bracket.
Homever though, what do you mean 4 evolution style games?
There RLE, this new one by gunsmoke, X-rated, wich else?

Null Hypothesis which is basically a remake of this game.

Null hypothesis isnt based on X-men evolution precisely, they take some inspiration from it but it is mostly following the Claremont era of comics, just starting in 2005 instead of 1975.

I fail to see what that has to do with the original argument of all the games being based on Evo.

Oh, I thought you were talking about JJ Abrams, not exactly setting the world on fire with that observation. I think the games base level of quality is still there as you may say.

It's not an argument. The designs are all the Evolution versions. Art is subjective. If it really matters to you that it's not an Evo game then sure, there's 3. Mostly I just want other versions of Rogue because I personally fell in love with the '92 version of her first.
