First picture: Change your graphics details (in-game). Quality "Medium" is just fine. "High" and "Ultra" are annoying for me (too much light, too shining, too blurry etc.). Otherwise just play around with the settings (trial and error). But first, start the game once with InitSetting.exe and choose between "Performance", "Normal" or "Quality" (you can change it again if a setting doesn't work).
Second picture: I've asked about that a couple weeks ago (there was no answer). But what I've seen on other screenshots it looks like everybody has that same error message. And it doesn't affect gameplay at all.
