This is just shovelware I mean look at their store page on steam they released a game for like every month. *UPDATE* Further inspection majority of the games are literally the same girl, same idea, just different rooms or places. All but one game which all have negative reviews.

And to actually stay on topic i finished this game. Unless i missed a secret there's no way to escape from the ropes like in the screenshots. You can't even crouch. The puzzles are pretty dumb too. Missed opportunity to be an interesting game, their best one is still Bondage Girl.
