from what I understand no it wasn't. There was a common belief it was and this led to posters not posting games with loli content in the proper steps to try to avoid being noticed and they were deleted for not following the right procedures. Now it also did seem like maybe one of the admins was just deleting them on there own which probably started the belief that it was banned. But yeah a lot of loli games were deleted for a long time, was highly inconsistent though. Some only had a loli as background characters, some the girl was called a loli but was like 5 ft tall and had large tits. While some blatantly loli ones were allowed. The one common factor seemed to be how forced the sex was, and rape gone, consensual sex 50/50, masturbation tended to stay, honestly this game would probably have been fine even during that time as its all self play and she is in no way forced.
That is very incorrect. a lot of 2d ones were deleted, and a fair number of 3dcg ones were left alone. 3d or 2d had nothing to do with it.

It does, rule 7 has an exception for 2d or unrealistic depictions.
But more realistic depiction like DAZ games are not allowed.
