FYI RPG games is a pleonasm since RPG means "role playing game". But answering your question, try Peasant's Quest. It's not overly grindy, has decent amount of content both gameplay wise (there are some enjoyable puzzles, fights are interesting and with the right pacing. there is crafting, you can use potions also outside of combat, you can buy clothes for your lovers, etc. etc.) and when it comes to eye-candy. Characters and dialogues are very well written, they are believable and sexy and there's something good for everyone.

So, there's a whole lot actually, can't recommend too much Monster Girl Quest the gameplay is pretty simple, but the story is good and there is a improbable number of girls to H (You have to be in femdom tho, because 95% of the H scenes come from losing) similary, you have Paradox the sequel to MGQ, that one being a rpg maker game, with teammate and the like.

For the rest, when you talk about rpg with a lot of girls, you have :
Eiyuu Senki if you like strategy.
Rance Series who is a pretty much an obligatory when we talk about long running series and h-rpg.
Renryuu Ascension if you like rpg with a lot of variety when it comes to what you can do.
The Last Sovereign if you need something more mature in your life (less girls in this one tho, and text based when it come to the H scene).

I have to add, for me, all those above have a story or gameplay ranging from "cool" to "even without the H, that's a pretty fucking good game on it's own" So, try it if you want to !
