RPGM Abandoned Rpg Maker Test of Battle system! [Abandoned] [Ero-Moses]

Considering the fact that Ero-Moses deleted his earlier post from Page 1 on this thread saying that the original artist (Sim0n404) was okay with Ero-Moses using his assets in this game, and all of the posts including his "proof" screenshots...

I would wager a guess that Simon was very much not cool with Ero-Moses using his assets in this game and told him to cease and desist chuck rocks.

Except that instead of just straight up saying that, Mr. Moses here has decided to turn it around and blame the critics in this thread: AKA his players. See his responses on page 6, in particular the "Read the thread to find out why" rubs me the wrong way (which is really saying something on a porn site).

Note for any new potential players who might be confused about what content is here, this game is tagged with:

"NO SEXUAL CONTENT"

The best you're now gonna get is apparently an unbeatable QTE boss if you have computer parts that were manufactured after 2010, and a verbal lashing from the dev when you ask why there's no bobs or vagene. Also: Why aren't you playing on an old HP Thinkpad 700 laptop from 1992? It's good enough for Moses...

Well because most of my fans from my dress up that are on my discord do not have super computer they are from poors countries. Or they playing on JoiPlay and they were my testers... So I could not anticipated technical issues. I will take blame for that. I already reworked whole game into small simulation where you just hitting creeps to test out what I originally planned.. which was GBA Fire Emblem style in rpg maker. Thats it nothing more. I was naive to give one of my favourite artist ad. I would rather he would not be assosiated with something thats bring too much negativity which I think is understandable? I should not treated this forum same way as my discord members where are all very easygoing and I am sarcastic person so my bad... I will be more profesional in future regards. But I think I learn my mistake! Now my official version should not containt any controversy, its very short, and I make it even more easier, so unless people will download other version than from me they should not have same experience...

If you make a work public, you are gonna get haters. The haters will go to the original author on relation as well. There was a game from dude who made stanley parable i think that talks about this. Game was about dude who really loves this girl's work kept sharing her game in private community to the public by publishing it himself. Then he kept motivating her and giving her ideas to help her make more games. This made her quit game developing entirely.

Patroning someone else can easily be stalking and harassment. enjoy the work with your eyes, not your actions. I would blame the world for being this way, but as far as the way world works right now, seems like you are harassing the author with good intentions.

I think your talent is really good as well, so perhaps instead of patroning other artists, you could become one of the them and get patrons from making cool games.

Yes I redrawn these sprites to make this and test it out. It was already mention. The game is for freeee. It has no commerical purposes. I only tested fire emblem style. You can say same thing about whole Fire Emblem design that is straight up from Sprites Resources.

I can redrawn whatever I want us long I am not selling it. If anything I should not posted it here but just for my discord to test it out and move on and I cant just delete whole thread they do not allow me to do so.

I was going to give this a game a try, but 14 reviews and 1,5 stars out of 5 it's just... wow! Surreal, it's one of the worst rated games in this site, and considering how many thousands trash games we have in here, that's an impressive achievement. At this point it would be better for the dev to completely ditch this project, learn from the mistakes and start all over again.

I was trying to delete whole think but I cant do it and somepeople will still reupload it anyway.. Also this is not project its just my testing ground for mechanics in rpg maker. I never claim this to be full game or some future project....

I think the biggest issues are that some things don't work (like the scenes for some people) and the lack of freedom and a severe difficulty increase out of nowhere. Would have been neat if it had a more sandbox like play style and actual stats and gold you can actually use.

I will make that in next project, with lower difficulty and sanbox mechanics thank you!

somehow the game is bad in the fights if you have to press something for this bar it doesn't even hit the green area 1 it shows way too fast when you react and if you hit it nothing happens

are you playing this version Rpg Maker Test of Battle system! ... ?? it should be fix in there and cursor is a lot of slower.
