No, unfortunately no. For Japanese games I use Visual Novel Reader or more recently Textractor. Of which the latter, with a bit of settings, seems to me even slightly better than the classic MTL.

You guys do know you can search for this game on a different site and not have to pay for it, you can get this game for free on multiple sites
