bruh, how much hp does Yuuka have? On hard mode first run and it took 3 mega potions and 4 retries to barely beat her in the forest...lvl 42

IIRC, you are not really supposed to be able to beat Yuuka in most fights but the forest fight is one of the few you can win if you are levelled/geared enough.

Some of the fights it's pretty unrealistic you could beat her without using the cheat gear (ie: her first fight) since levelling high enough isnt realistic. She can be defeated in all fights but she has so much hp/damage that you need to way overlevel it.

Yuuka is the best rival, I wish there was a sequel with her

I stg it was so satisfying to beat her, I completely gave up on the first 2 fights cause more or less it felt scripted asf, but I was NOT handing over that sword, and I didn't want to cheat.

I actually accidentally got around it by not talking to her at all and getting the sword when I first explored the area

Yuuka can take my sword whenever she wants

Is there any additional/different content on the level drain path?
Similarly, is there any extra content for winning some of the near-unwinnable (e.g. early Yuuka) fights?

I didn't get to far since I wanted to wait for the full game to be translated, but the only major thing outside of dialogue change to recognize that you did win is that the people you fight in the arena change.

There is some dialogue for winning the Yuuka fights but I don't believe there is any extra content. Similarly, I don't believe there is any extra content for the level drain path but, later on...

One of the bosses reverses all your drained levels, which may be a softlock without the cheat weapons.

It isn't a softlock, if you lose it intentionally forces you to "go to a different timeline where you didn't drain levels"

Thanks for the responses! Good to know regarding the timeline thing -- I had assumed that the level drain route would just end at that point, and force you to replay the game without draining.

I think it's really lame that it basically just says your choice was wrong and forces you to abandon it but yeah I guess it's better than actually just being softlocked.
