VN rpgm to renpy convert question

hey does anyone know anyone on f95 that does convertions of rpgm to renpy i used to know a guy but life in the way for him and he couldn't do it anymore. also i have no idea ho hard it is to do anyays

so if anyone could help let me know

All you really need is a decent to good renpy programmer who has enough time to play the game you want to convert. It won't exactly be a "conversion" but more of a remake but that's about the only way because as far as I know there isn't any way to directly convert.
