Already purchased all item in the shop, I can do H attacks but the Enemy/CPU never do H attacks. Is it's happened in yours?

Also for some H attacks to be possible enemy needs to fill your heart meter. If you were playing good probably CPU never got to fill heart meter so it cant start H.
Maybe use the option to start match with heart meter full, and check if there is another option preventing H attacks or something on your options.

As of right now no. Im not sure if the dev even has plans for F/M pegging scenes. The strap on is for F/F right now.

The dev had to take a few months off due to health issues. They're back at it now, and they last posted on Ci-en just a week ago.

Yeah, I allowed a few months. However he's been inactive for more than half a year now. And if I recall he also said the same thing a way back. Idk, maybe I'm just sick of devs who set a line and after that line they just milk with minimum effort. I didn't think he was one of them. But... Half a year. I don't endorse that in most cases.
