Nothing special people just stare at you and grab you sometimes.

Are there/are there any scenarios involving rape, slavery, exploitation of the girl by criminal gangs, or even abuse by the city guards?

the dev has ideas to add, including public humiliation, but that's something that may come out in about 2 years.

you got in as in a bug issue, or you actually interacted with the barrel and people passing by interacted with you too?

You actually can, but it's broken in this update, sorry
