I mean, the second and third things you listed can be toggled off in the menu (I'm pretty sure they're off by default). The blood can easily be removed by just editing some PNGs to make them blank. So all that stuff is easily avoidable if you want.

Perhaps some character editing could improve the game. In the future, it could include a sexual skill grind.

The game is very early in development. Day/night is not yet implemented. Don't think the tavern is either.

I just played the newer version. There are a lot to develop, so the bugs are understandable.
Women at some point just disappear, never to reappear, even after closing the game (There's no fix, if happened, have to start a new save).
The interact button just get stuck on the screen (close the game to fix).
The environment texture is too dark (increase your screen's general lighting, it does hurt your eyes though).
You may wait to fill up the pregnancy bar, but nothing would happen.
The stomach inflation is just for esthetics, and does not interact with environment or your character's hand (no wiggle either).
There's still no DP or gangbang.
The game gets stuck upon interacting with girl on the third floor (close the game to fix).
The zoom is still on the primitive build (can not use mouse wheel to zoom in or out).
The save files still can not be deleted within the game, neither you may scroll through them. So, after certain numbers of saves, you can not see the newer save files (Go to the save directory, and delete the older save files manually to fix it).
There are a lot more, but i believe these are the critical ones.

- Clipping during the blowjob scenes
- After one blowjob I fell off the map (I just had my head above the ground) meaning i had to restart
- Some localisation for sex have the camera set too high (right of the shops)
- Some part of the decor have holes, meaning you can see under the map (mostly near the walls)
