Ok the story started out good.. oh an Isekai. he would discover his powers and would go through him learning about the world.. Nope several years later he comes back as the hero.. WTF? Just throw the entire premise out the damn window.

Second they were too lazy to match mouth movement to the voice.. I would rather have static no mouth movement than voiceless mouthing that makes her look like she is emulating a fish! Seriously talk about lazy.

Not impressed the story premise was wasted and the voice animation is just a major distraction drawing me away from what is being said because she has her mouth running along like a fish with no sound much of the time.

You can disable those in the options.
The game is about a hero and maou living a comfortable life and in my opinion that delivers well enough.

Its their law. They can't show genitals, at least not completely, so the companies have to censor. Though some take to it much more than others. Some will censor lightly, others would make Pablo Picasso proud.

What's sad, is that its Western influence that made them do it. They took it up to 11, but it was our ideals that they used to get them there. It's not like in the Edo period, prior to our intervention (yet really conservative), we didn't have Hokusai drawing porn. In fact, he made the earliest example of tentacle porn.
