It's called tinyvorepets, it has Sabrina and some preys in it. They will wander the bottom of your desktop and you can interact with them by clicking on them. You can feed Sabrina by dragging a prey above her and releasing.

This is the only hgame i've bought and i never ever contact devs, but man i wish this dev did at least 1 hour of community service like, a month.
