The initial description of the game is kind of deceptive. It sounds like you are playing a woman/futa in a fantasy world. What you are actually playing is a (angry) man from the real world isekai:ed into a female body in a fantasy world.

that is completely fine, i understand the game is not for everyone, if you don't like it and is a turn off for you you don't have to play it

If you think it is important for your game that the MC is actually some pathethic incel dude (or whatever he was supposed to be), then why are you not upfront about that in your description of the game? Or if it isn't important to the story, why did you even bother including it?
Also, your game should have the tag "transformation".
