I can't save the game

No programs are needed for a normal game, just delete both folders with saves and that’s it, and don’t touch the settings in the game, language and sound, leave them at default then it will save and don’t change the language.

So, I put the saves in both files and tried and the saves wouldnt work. Then I tried running the game under Locale Emulator (as admin) and the files showed up under load so. That seemed to work for anyone else still having trouble.

virus total gave me a 7 risk on that LocaleEmulator on github

Can someone help me how to actually be able to play the game?!!!!
Im literally stuck in the title screen, not even the arrow keys do anything!!!!!
If I need to use a japanese emulator which one?

No need to save the game, many people have been wondering how to do the fireball

I don't think this is 100% accurate but pressing weak punch and strong kick button together should do the trick if spammed a couple of times
