If it's the top right scene in the gallery it seems like there is a bug that doesn't unlock it when you view the scene through the story. The aforementioned scene is when you select the second option after the battle/puzzle where you are acquiring costumes.

So this is a bug & I should have every thing unlocked.

How do I play this game? The game just dumps me into a puzzle and I have no clue how anything works since nothing except the timer is moving.

Here's gallery unlock files for both games. I even corrected the bug in Sakura Moonlight 2 where one of the CG would not unlock. Luckily the file was a simple XML tag list, so it was pretty easy.

The files go in their respective game folders right next to the executable file. They will not overwrite any saves, but they will reset all options to their default settings.

These games have sound, right? Funny, I don't hear nothing.

Edit: Never mind. They do have sound. Running them inside a virtual machine confirms it.

So, the game has a fullscreen option but it's not exactly fullscreen (the top bar is still there). Is this just how it is or is it an issue only on my pc ?

Not that it matters after all these years, but you can use software like borderless gaming, if you want to use fullscreen on games, that normally don't provide it.
