The hub cave has a randomized amount of NPC salvors in there, depending on how flooded it is. To my knowledge there is no way to stack the deck on that one, and it is actually random.
There isn't, technically, any NTR. The heroine is not in a relationship with anyone. But, people on discord were so icky about NTR as a concept that they voted to have an NTR tag so that NTR-ish scenes could be skipped.

Once you've seen a dialogue once, there should be a fast forward button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Sometimes, even before seeing it once, depending. It looks like the standard >> symbol you'd see on a TV remote control.

Just finished my playthrough, it was more fun than I expected. Hope there's more npcs like the aggressive salvor except not a futa (idk how to spoiler censor on f95), and maybe a corruption system where she gets more lewd as the game goes on. (you could argue that it's already there but I disagree, she's getting used to the wacky shit down in the caves)
