u accept quest then kill the monsters, and yea u need to take sana cause it would be difficult if u don't.
You will get also h cut-ins if u take the sabu guy and form a 3-man party from the guild.

Early morning check the guy with the cows, who talks about milking - he is all the way to the right.
Then she hangs out in front of your house with the vegetable guy.
