I just hit the enter key when this occurs, not sure if it is furthering some unknown event when I do this but it does seem to push forward to the next scene.When you get an all grey screen would that be a crash or maybe end of content or something or what?

woman claiming to be your real mom is african(or is this random?) so is the protag black or is he just not questioning it for some other reason?
I mean people can magically change their skin color and be from entirely different time periods. I have not played the game in awhile so don't remember but the mother could even be from Africa and be Greek ethnically from Ptolemaic Empire period Egypt.
Looks like he changed it so patreon is now only early access then the complete edition becomes public instead of the complete addition being premium only. The reason stated being that other platforms people bought the game on shutdown adult content and he can't update the game and people can't redownload the game on those platforms. Idk if that includes steam but if it does he probably won't be updating it.
That would definitely be a crash of some kind. If you're willing to send your save file over to max.ingram@novusoperandigames.com, I can take a look & see if I can figure out what's causing it.When you get an all grey screen would that be a crash or maybe end of content or something or what?

ive been loading from save file when i run into THAT but if and when it happens again ill send forsure its happened a few times
AFAIK, multiple women can come to you claiming to be your family, so if they don't fit what you have in mind for protag then just dismiss them - cause they're obviously lying. The consecutive claimants (aunts and cousins) will be same ethnicity that your mom is, tho, I believe.

What's the difference between Complete Edition and Free Edition? I'm assuming the Free Edition one is more up to date but doesn't have all the features available, while the Complete edition has all the features available but isn't the most up to date?
