Summertime Saga , Some Modeling Agency , Porn Empire , Peasant's Quest , Vae Victis , Influencing , LifePlay , Lab Rats 2 Reformulate , Love & Sex 2 , Masters of Raana , Lilith's Throne
I've tried them all. And I'd say my favorites were the most sandboxy ones.
With impregnation being the primary fetish and character creation / RPG mechanics being a bonus, Lilith's Throne probably has the most potential due to all the procedural/dynamic gameplay, but the almost complete lack of visual stimulation makes the game more fun than arousing. Influencing needs more features and better writing, Lab Rats 2 Reformulate needs more ways to customize the player character with NPC reactivity, Masters of Raana needs more impregnation (especially for the procedurally-generated girls), and while Porn Empire fits most of my criteria but just isn't fun or arousing at all.
So basically are there more games in the vein of Lilith's Throne out there I haven't discovered, with more visual stimuli, because I've spent a long time searching.
