For this game you need to extract Game1.rgssad with RGSSAD WX for example (then remove Game1.rgssad from game folder) and put extracted folders to the main game folder, and then rewrite pictures in "Pictures" folder by my uncensored files.
Or you can try to download full uncensored game. Just uploaded it. I hope it works:

The game suddenly crashed when im on this mission, how can i upload the save file game on here? It doesnt showing those files when i try to upload them on here. Here are the example pictures, can take look at them.
