I have the same error, and I'm playing on android using joiplay. It occurs right after I start and go through 3/4 dialogue boxes.
I don't remember this route, unless it's the bigger green girl, which is not a love interest, if i recall well (i played some years ago). You can have a MFF threesome with the smaller (and cuter) green girl if you go for the male subimissive route.

IIRC aside from what Machete mentioned the half-orc whores herself out if you send her into town repeatedly (or at a certain point). I think the prisoner convinced her to try it since it's in her "half-orc nature" and in this set of choices the MC is oblivious to her advances and isn't reciprocating.
What a missed opportunity to being one of the biggest creators. This game was top notch and with another top notch game you would see increase in supporters, even i would have supported. So many devs had a decent chance at making thousands a month but they stop making games. The creator of The Coceter Chronicles stopped after her dad died, i understanding how much that hurts since i lost my dad who was the most important person in my life, but she had a chance to make bank if she pushed through. I hope you both can make some kind of agreement even if you have to use a third person and sign a contract and continue making more games based on this games world and settings.
Some things matter more to people than making money or being successful.
I belive you should overwrite the orginal file by dragging the bulk of them on the original CG folder
