It is kinda rare, but you basically need to stalk mons jerking off in groups of two. If you see that just wait for a third to join. We are talking internally about how we can make threesomes happen more often. One theory is to make another Mon spawn and book it over to the threesome to make it happen but the question of optimization comes up.
Years ago at the first versions of the game I was like "interesting concept, might return to it later" then years later ended up here, tried the version uploaded here and then I was like "eh... might as well pay for it and support it, see where it goes".
Asked the same earlier, dev said it's future content involving other photographers. Not yet implemented.
Why not just make it something like having 2 types of throwable or placeable baits made out of herbs, one for female and one for futa mons to lure them in one spot in ratios matching the amount you used of a specific bait. So 1 female bait = 1 female mon while 1 futa bait = 1 futa mon, and give us back the aphrodisiac bomb in the form of spore bombs you can collect from the spore plants and based on how many mons are in the aoe they trigger a masturbation event, a pair event or a threesome event(maybe foursome if you want to implement orgies later).
That's how it used to be minus the bait. It was clunky and ran against the core mechanic of photography too much. Diagetic over systematic sex mechanics is the way we are moving with the project.
