I didn't realize you couldn't jump to different times of the day.
Unfortunately, this type of problem can happen with games in development.
Usually, multiple saves are made for each version of the game to avoid or limit the "damage" to the game's progress.
You should update the cover photo with the itch.io one, that way no one gets mislead by the one there:
To answer this, Afterglow and some others did it in a simple way, they used a .cvx (.cvz? dunno, some file you can open in excel), where you can edit the names and relationships manually yourself. (basically like setting relationships in a renp'y game, but you edit a file instead.
There's also "Mapping.xml" that Faerin games patch uses. (Midnight sin, that hotel manager one, and the one before it).
So it's a solve if the dev (or "not"-dev) really wanted to.
And they don't even have to make the incest patch themselves, it's just making it so people can customize things, what they customize is to is on them.
i.e. the default is "Miss" but the player can edit the game files and change "Miss" to "Aunt" and "Ma-am" to "Mom" for example.

Or you can just betray your core demographic, with little to no effort trying to maintain the integrity of the game... that's an option too, if you want to purge your audience with the incest that is.
Which is what the majority of patreon devs did during the patreon purge. (and why so many of them got abandoned)
From what i know tho, majority of those were low effort cash-grabs, not actual games like this one, the ones that weren't just cashgrabs often ended up having "unofficial" patches. (There's some Hopium/Copium for you)

Yes I did word it that way so I'm not implicating the dev in anything in either direction.
For now, I'd suggest assuming there won't be incest... better to be pleasantly surprised than bitterly disappointed.
I don't see why it wouldn't tho... was literally the whole point of the game, would be like removing the steak from steak and eggs.
But again, can't be dissapointed if you don't have expectations.
Dissapointment of it's removal is done and over, move on time, only leave room for pleasent surprise of it being added back.
See, any patch made will be by "NotAceStudio" who has zero affiliation with AceStudio.Officially, I can't comment on any 'unofficial' patches—creating or promoting them myself wouldn't be allowed (at least that was the case on Patreon). But I’m quite sure someone out there will make one eventually

p.s. for those thinking current upload is incest version because it's called "Aunts House 6.0" don't get your hopes up, it has a semi-incest removed script, where it's evident the parts that aren't removed yet were meant to be.
You call her Miss Sarah etc. the only time referred to as "aunt" in the Title screen and prologue was when asking Mom questions on the phone, did find it odd that you still call emma mom, will likely be removed later though assuming the incest ban sticks.
I didn't play pass the aunt showing MC around, I follow "Aunt Sarah" not "Miss Sarah"
So don't play until there's an actual patch/fix, to be made by either "NotAceStudio" or some other third party, if one is ever made.

Not the greatest idea to go "Well I wouldn't risk it for those people" which is also talking down do your current supporters and also implies you are punishing them because of people completely unrelated to them.
Also, "do something they don't like" isn't the same as "Fundamentally changing the game removing the whole premise that you used to draw most of them in.". Now that doesn't warrant name calling of course, but that does feel like quite the betrayal. Regardless of the reasoning (esp when there are alternatives to fix the problem)
That comment isn't the defense you think it is, it just makes you look petty, and willing to punish your own supporters just to get back at randoms on a thread, who probably aren't spending money on this.

Think about it this way:
"Do something they don't like" would be a small annoying mini-game, not an overhaul removing the WHOLE PREMISE.
And as far as anyone can tell it's not coming back, Backlash was inevitable. Now that may only be temporary... but they don't know that, I don't know that, only you do.
We were here for the game called "Aunts House" and now, as far we know, that has gone to waste. It's a gutted version of what it was.
Think of it this way, you ordered a meat-lovers pizza, but then you get a vegan fake meat pizza... would you be happy with that? No.
That's where people are at right now. Yes, some went too far... but to take that out on the 99% that didn't... Really? That's the kind of dev you want to be?

Maybe it's to test different route? To test the gameplay? Probably even to test the player's ideal moment for the first sex? I think the dev is cooking something!
Here's my impression of the new update, there's good and bad, and the absolute bomb drop in the story that pissed me off (sort of jokingly speaking but I'm angry) [I load the previous save, so maybe that's why there's bugs?]:
Gameplay:
-We can finally interact with Sarah! It's not much, the interaction are shallow, you just press talk (there weren't any at the moment outside of quest), flirt or compliment, and that's it, but I believe there's more to come.
-I can only play "dishwashing minigame", it's a bit longer than it should, or maybe I'm just being impatient, but I just wash dishes, it's not fun, there's other time where I saw Sarah doing dishes, I try to help her, but I can't, I see egg on frying pan, but I can't cook it, is it a bug?
-I appreciate the dishwashing minigame, but it's not fun, it was ok the first time, but I don't want to do it again and again, so I just skip it, go to sleep, flirt and compliment Sarah, go to sleep again until I've reached the desired affection.

2. Because this game "play like point & click", and only this update, we got some more variation of gameplay, but problem is, new idea/route for the story arose along with the gameplay, as you play along the story, you'll see the story and gameplay doesn't quite match. you didn't help her with housework before, then somehow she love you because of a few dialogues and story, and now once thing happen, suddenly you're proactive with housework? What for? Just to get down her skirt and not because you're a nice guy and you respected her, and then it turn into genuine love? It's kind of lose the purpose of Genuine Love, so please put these into consideration.
Now here's some suggeston that I can think of:
1. I think perhaps it's best to remove

At this point we can all agree that without proper gameplay, the beginning of Sarah's story are quite rush and the flow of the story are at risk, just as I've mentioned above, the story and gameplay doesn't match, I think some areas can be slow down a bit and have different activities based on affection levels.
[Level 1: Friend] After she notice we've been going out lately (the one you make us fall in love with Sarah yeah?), we can spend more time with her and make a fun minigame, such as:
-Doing houseworks with Sarah
-Going groceries with Sarah
-Cooking with Sarah
-Eating with Sarah
-Watching TV at noon with Sarah
-Watching movie at night with Sarah
-Reading books with Sarah (I don't know if she interest in book, so maybe art books? Painting books?
-Chatting with Sarah (Tea time maybe? Coffee shop?)
-And Especially, Painting, because that's her ambition, that's her dream, she want to be a painter
[Level 2: Intimate but brush off the feeling] Basically, it's like slowly discover a soulmate and just like dating, you involve with her life and daily activities without John's romantic intention until John and Sarah both slowly realize that they're slowly falling in love with each other and acting like a couple, but they deny it, saying things like "What am I thinking!? She/He's my Aunt/Nephew! (or due to recent changes, He's/She's Younger/Older than me!) No... we're just good friend, there's no way", that's when we can do advanced activities lvl 2:
-Drawing each other nude (Just for reference, nothing wrong with it, maybe the school demand it, what you're so shy about?)
-Going to nightclub with Sarah
-Going to a bar and drink with Sarah
-Going on a date like watching movie, trying new food with Sarah
-Going to art gallery with Sarah
-Level 1 activities but with more intimate dialogues or more intimate, getting closer
-etc.
[Level 3: Intimate and Comfortable] In fact, that's what happening now in this new update, just a bit rush, this is where the two finally realized their feeling (just like the first kiss happen) and try to suit in the new relationship (what we have now). I think level 3 can be just using mouth or foreplay.
[Level 4: In love] If you could, I'll like to have the option of asking us "Do you want this scenario to be your first sex with Sarah?" I think the first sex scene are important, being able to pick which scenario to have first sex would be nice, for
3. I think the housework should be shorter, and if we do it, I think having Sarah nearby and able to see John and Sarah chatting would improve the boredomm maybe adding more dialogues when they're doing stuff together, as in housework.
4. Try to shorten the intro of the game? It's a bit too long, let us able to save before going down to meet the family
So far, I can only think of this much, this game is truly something, it got the potentials, despite some flaws, I think the dev can fix it, overall, I enjoy this update.

Is Sarah the only new content in this update? I saw someone posting a screen of peeping on Lucy in the shower but when I check my quests with her it says to wait for a future update. How do you even peek in shower?

Got to the point where you get money and gym clothes.
- Went to Gym with Lucy
- Paid Membership
- asked her to train together
- changed clothes
- went back to her while she was warming up
- we get teleported to the reception while she does invisible pull ups and she wants me to buy membership again
- I don't have money anymore and get called an idiot and we are back home
- when I wanted to leave for work it said "I should do my task first" then I skipped to afternoon
- washed the dishes, but I'm still stuck at home now.
