Some of bugs I found, first Sarah seems to let me infinitely watch movies during the same night after completing her story as long I keep choosing masturbate. Second, choosing other dialogues for the movie seem to jump her back in time, ie kiss reacting like its the first time I took her top off. Third, the laundry room door will randomly let me open it when someone is taking a shower. I haven't been able to track down an exact cause other than it seems to happen more with Lucy than the others
Think its only at 7.3 and its probably just hotfixes for bugs etc

Yea I downloaded rq and checked, no new content like I thought just hotfixes....at least my cleared save didn't have anything new

yeah MiSide on steam they are the same game but diffrent scenes
i found a bug: when you done massaging sarah at night (after you get a blowjob from mia) you get stuck in a idle siting animation
I'm having the exact same issue. The game just breaks at this point and won't let you do anything except target Sarah, and both dialogue options lead to "nothing..."
I just downloaded the itch.io version of the game, i it's 0.7.7 at the time i'm writing this.
That version has the bug at the second massage fixed, and it keeps your save file. Go get that one if you're stuck.
