Could you please share what Unity camera mods you have been using?
I'd like to use some. Knowing what works for you would save me much time on research.
I haven’t downloaded or tried it yet – but the concept is great, the description is awesome, and the story has a lot of potential. I’ll definitely download it.
If your looking for sex scenes, I'd wait if I were you. Because there's only 1 sex scene and it's at the beggining of the game, and it's just a dream scene

Dev changed it so they could release their game on Steam. Ignoring all the stuff with the payment processors, Steam is very against incest games. So the title, relationships, and some dialogue had to change as a result.

this one works for most 3d unity games I've played there are a few it doesn't work for like this game for example

And IIRC, It was his step-aunt, sister to his step mom.
What's going to going to hurt is that in some Asian locale, younger folks refer to older non-family persons as 'aunt' and 'uncle' out of respect. Boy are those games fucked.
It's probably past due that more games build in mod'ing, or have the 'true' content as a DLC (free outside of Steam) to install. Then the Dev's get Steam listings & sales (along with Itch) and a grass roots awareness for the "Director's cut".

He goes on a date with the shop girl. It has some mini games. Eventually you a BJ in the storage room and also fuck her on the second date ... IIRC.

slowly losing interest especially after the whole dystopian name change.....
well that's your problem.
essentially nothing about the game itself is being affected, other than 'aunt' being gone. an easy fix with a simple mod.
sure, distribution and support is a bit tougher, but not impossible at all.

more if affected the mother of mc will show in game in future path but now probably never gona happen hanna(think her name is on phone) now will be friend of the friend mother visit the friend
idk lets see how the start now gona by phone call on train and later in the aunt talking with mom in the tv room
again. nothing a simple dialogue mod can't fix.

Its more so that Steam doesnt like NSFW games outside of anything very vanilla and indie devs get surprised when their game gets denied or taken down by Steam when they do it solo instead of through a publisher like Kagura Games or Sekai Project. Some very taboo games exist on Steam like "Living with Sister Monochrome Fantasy" which is just a bog standard incest with your sister game, but they have the backing of a publisher to help navigate and negotiate with Steam.

imo its a pretty genious idea to launch on steam, idk if you guys saw, but in the MiSide steam forum, people were crazy asking if there would be nsfw/sex update, and in the end there wont be. Just imagine a game like MiSide, but with sex, appearing on steam, people will def buy it
