About Translations & Language Mods
A lot of people have been asking about adding different languages to the game.
It’s definitely not something that can be done in a single update — so no, full translations are not part of this update.
However, I’ve taken some important steps in that direction.
In this update, I’ve added localization support to my custom dialogue system (excluding dialogue options for now — they’re not ready yet). This means that a large part of the game is already translatable, and the main thing missing is the actual translation work.
Over the next few updates, I plan to complete the localization system fully and then begin community translations.
But for now some good people can mod they're own translation! Translate the lines of the given .csv file, rename it to "localization.csv" and put it in the games folder under "SarahsHouse_Data/StreamingAssets/Translation/"
Dialog Lines:
I hope that with this system in place, unofficial translations will become easier, and the game can reach a wider audience — especially for those who don’t speak English
It probably won’t work well for languages like Russian or Chinese due to font/rendering limitations, but most other languages should work just fine.
I don’t plan to expand this system much further, since proper localization has always been on the roadmap. But this should be a great way to translate the dialogues into languages that won’t be officially supported.
I trust that you won’t try to exploit this feature — let’s keep it useful for the community, not a way to break or redistribute the game.
Thank you all once again for reading this post and supporting my project.
These are challenging times for the game, but I’m more motivated than ever to finish it and bring it to life!

0.7 Dialog File:
It seems the dev is gonna post in itch.io with every PUBLIC update a "localization.csv".
I dont know if patreon post has the file for last update and imo is not worth the time to "tranlate to incest language"
unless the "PROMISED ONE"
make a patch (who has to be very patient because there is a lot of lines to read and then change)
I tried modifying the "localization-string-tables-english(en)_assets_all.bundle" file (\SarahsHouse_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64) with a Unity Asset Bundle Extractor, specifically "github.com/nesrak1/UABEA". And indeed, from what I've seen, we can see the conversations, quest titles, quest descriptions, etc. from the last update here that can be edited, but it's too much, at least for me.
This is a work what nedds to be done with every update or this gonna pile in there more and more
and hoping no other thing changes like for example this is a line in the localization.csv:
"Dialogs_HScene_Grocery_Sarah_HJCar_4_YouLikeIt_0_Sarah",62917722183,"You like it?"
"Dialogs_HScene_Grocery_Sarah_HJCar_4_YouLikeIt_1_Player",62917722184,"Y...yeah"
"Dialogs_HScene_Grocery_Sarah_HJCar_4_YouLikeIt_2_Player",62917722185,"S..s...sarah, I'm about to..."
"Dialogs_HScene_Grocery_Sarah_HJCar_4_YouLikeIt_3_Sarah",62917722186,"Go on, honey"
"Dialogs_HScene_Grocery_Sarah_HJCar_4_YouLikeIt_4_Player",62917722187,"Ahh~"
if in the future updates the "Grocery" changes to "Conbini" (idk XD) this is very easy to overlook and will brake for sure.
I'm sorry for being such a pain writing this bible of a comment. I just thought it would be funny to look this up and explain what I found.
