I am gonna assume you mean stretching 2, not stretching 1.
Stretching 1 has no conceivable way to get stuck unless you're on a very old pc/laptop or something that magically can't run this game (this game isn't very demanding on your hardware).

If you did mean stretching 2, I restarted 3 times, assuming I got stuck/bugged out too.
If you're on stretching 2 when she leans back into you, you're supposed to move back to camera 1 or whatever and press E while looking at her lips, which makes you kiss. You have to do that to advance some scenes in the game

My computer doesn't really have any issues running the game. Beyond jank. It's not exactly brand new, but it runs games more demanding than this with no issue. So. Apparently you are incorrect on that front. Lucky me.

It just has me stuck in massage forever. I got the text to switch from massage to 'thrust' once, but it still played the massage animation and was no ultimate change.

I've looked all over for a point where I could hit E on her. There isn't anything. Because I am aware of that dynamic. If, as you say, hitting space is the issue, perhaps it has something to do with the fact that progress requires me to hold space. After doing so for awhile, it like... triggers an animation of some sort. I think it's the start of the next step? But it just has me locked in the massage animation.

I remember this game from a real long while ago and it seems not that much content was added. Also really buggy with 'continue' button in intimacy/sex scenes. I have qualities I like about both from the images I see on here.
But factually, the new model fits her personality archetype more.
One issue with the art style of these types of games tends to be that characters can look very same-y with just different hair and chest sizes.
The old model can literally have 1 of 15 personalities on her, and none of them would I guess are the Lucy's route I just played.

The old model looks quieter or laid back, more "normal girl" sorta.
The parts of it I prefer would simply be that even in real life, I have a preference for slightly "rounder" face shapes (not fat, but just not sharp jawlines on women).

I don't get the neck shading complaint, but to each their own. I'm not really one to stare at necks either, and the offset isn't extremely high to which I find myself looking at it often
