I can't figure out how to get the final scene in the gallery.

Final scene in the gallery can be found by examining the cucumbers or bananas in the store after the customers have left.
How do you access the three futa scenes? Are they hidden behind looking around the map at certain points in the story?

When you finish the gloryhole scene, on the way home at night duck into the alleyway just before the exit on the right to see some futa action, then after giving the black guy a blowjob you'll be cut off on the way at night, afterwards when your character wakes up you'll find a monocle on your desk for the final futa scene.
