the dev really dropped the ball with this one. It was a clever story before he tried to add the schizo stuff + r*pe scenes. Maybe it is an attempt to make the story more realistic but imo. ruined what was a good game. I guess the schizo path was necessary after the mc straight-up r**es his sister. What the fuck was that about? MC is a piece of shit. this game is sadly unplayable now.

Due to the weird way it is introduced, I am unable to tell you anything for certain.
I previously faulted not being able to tell you this due to bad writing from the developer. This is false, it has since been confirmed that the developer actually has the intention to backtrack on things stated earlier. So we don't know who Miriam really is until the developer gives out the final answer.
