Did I understand correctly the changelog... This update is more on the technical side but story wise is just 1 new scene? I like the game and don't mind waiting for a update on content. I'm not the biggest fan of microupdates.

They should - no changes to previous orders or anything like that.
That said, I had a single glitch when I tried continuing from the exact end of the previous version, and I still don't know why.
Saves from earlier stages worked fine.
Also, the old Relationships script works as well.

oh trust i dont wait, i play the other games around here and dabble in the updates whenever it does happen for this game. sucks it takes so long for short updates because the game has really good models and the ntr tag intrigues me

The NTR, especially for Paula, is very avoidable.
Basically, you'll have to do a lot of work to reach the NTR.
And regardless, we are very far from those stages.

1) Yes, your choices really make a difference.
For example, there is a choice in this update that can just end your game without you even seeing Paula in the bath. I did leave a clue there, just in case.
2) the 2.5 GB are for the whole game, not just the update. And no, it shouldn't take 20 minutes even if you just press CTRL and run with it, just because you have so many choices to make.

There shouldn't be a single tiff in the game folder. There are just a lot of high-quality JPEGs, in full HD - about 2,200 images, not including the animations.
I rechecked.
