Not an in depth detail one, but main thing is to keep going to class during the day and don't go down the other sex routes too far.
If you got pregnant with the rapist first you cannot continue the game ends and you get ending F. For all other early game pregnancies you can give birth by attending school. Later game you can give birth while doing porn or while doing compensated dating.
It's an okayish game made by a really good developer that also did Lisette, Priestess of Spring Pregnancy, which is kinda sad because the game feels such a let down in compassion with past titles. The scenes are fine and so is the writing. While some things are animated I feel like the scenes are a bit underwhelming but I can't really put my finger on why.
I don't even need the screenshot. It's the delinquent since she's the only one who you don't get a quest until you start it. Go to the school roof and climb the ladder near the door. All the other girls start on their own so if you've gotten the ones that require being closer to #1 on the leaderboards she's the only reason you'd be missing one.
Unless you are trying to get the true end on your first run, which I don't recommend, 100 days is actually far too many. You will eventually just need to use the calendar to skip to the end. Hell even if you know what you're doing well enough to do a true end on playthrough one you still finish about a week early.
