While I'm not as big a fan of the animations as a lot of people are normally, I think here they work in a lot of ways. I am not going to comment on the AI issue, I think the game is great. I love the slow buildup, although up to this point, most of the choices have only directly made a difference in terms of if you see a scene or not. I hope that changes in the next chapter. I would love to see some differences going forward in how Jessica and Danny act towards one another given how many corruption points you accumulated or didn't. Maybe have Danny act more dominant if his corruption's higher than Jessica's? With Jessica acting more sultry and seductive even than she has been up to this point if the opposite is true? Just a hope.
I also think the subplot (i hope) with the bullies and so forth at school is kind of blah. Concentrate on the home front throughout the summer that has just started in the game before going back. And I hope when we do, that if you haven't encouraged or done anything there that you can continue to ignore the other students and the school drama. I'd dislike it if, in Chapter 2, we were forced to do more there when we were given choices in this chapter to not do so. - not encouraging that student who wanted one-on-one time, not encouraging the 'friend' of Danny who hugged Jessica from behind, reporting and following up on the bullying incidents, not using Jess's wiles on the principal.
Checked out Mr. Black's Boosty page. Didn't see anything about letting subscribers having more/less input on the game or anythign about votes or other ways to influence how the game goes. I'd still give him money if i had enough to support more than one creator at a time, but it would have been nice to knwo that doing so would let me/his other supporters help decide how the game goes.
I understand the other game by MR. Black is a prequel to this game. So.... does that mean the entire game is even more of a tease than chapter one of Scandalous Affairs?
Oh, and does anyone know why Mr. Black (alone or his team) not use Renpy?
