Go to -> C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Scandalous Affairs. Go to this location and delete everything except the save files (dialogic folder)

Nope, not even a little bit. The sex scene isn't any thing spicy and it ended up just being a dream. Will come back 18 months later to see if anything has actually progressed in the story.
