In the opening scene with Tajiri, there's a dialogue with Ryoka about Tajiri wanting to have sex with her in her room. I hadn't paid much attention to it before, but now im curious. Maybe i missed something, but will there be something between them at Ryoka's house? I mean any kind of activity, something like that scene with Daisuke in the original game behind Ryoka's closed door. Or will Tajiri's request from opening scene lead to nothing?

I'm not sure how I feel about this
This is the main problem with "After" as an entertaining game. It's not as engaging as original game because Ryoka is already at her most corupted, and watching her gradual corupt, her transformation from a good girl to a bad one, is the core of such games. "After" lacks this core.

Maybe the best way to enjoy "After" is to play it like a fandisc, just a bonus disc. If you played the main game and felt like you needed more scenes with this guy, more Ryoka and more Saki well that's what "After" is for i guess. It's not a sequel or a prequel (even though "After" begin with some pretty good Ryoka/MC lovey-dovey slice of life part). I'm sure the dev made "After" from the cut content he wasn't able to put in the main game. To me it really feel like a fandisc from a VN or something because you also have some exclusive content with two new guys targeting Ryoka and some scenes expanding all the routes.

Does the members of Ryoka Enomoto basketball team gets corrupted in one of the routes along side Ryoka or is that a different vn game?

Yes definitely. It was quite the bummer to realise that this is what this game is. I could swear I read some comments saying that the game would take place the summer after the last game, taking off from the ending where nothing happened to Ryoka and the MC didnt confess either. A blank slate pretty much. Given the name of the game I could see where that confusion could have come from.
That would have been infinitely more interesting, even if what we get is basically the same as the first game, but with a different spin on things.

I really feel like it should have been a dlc which was the original intention.

The game introduces new UI elements with information about Ryoka's sexcapades, who has she had sex with, who creampied her etc but this is mostly meaningless because in most cases that UI is already filled out and mostly complete by virtue of Ryoka already having been corrupted at the start of the game.

Playing it and not expecting it to be more than what it is trying to be is definitely the best way to enjoy the game. My main complaint with the original was that the routes were a bit too short, I'd rather have had fewer of them but more fleshed out. This second game could really help with that issue but after playing a couple of the routes, I do feel like it lacked some direction as well.

I'm still happy the second game is a thing though. I hope that soon there will be a game that pushes the same buttons as the original was able to do.

Same. Unfortunately, japanese game developers have a formulaic set of characters and their paths. My least favorite paths in original game were Nobuo, Masaru, and, to some extent Yasui. I would have preferred if the author hadn't created Nobuo and Masaru's paths and had created more content for the others. But japanese developers can't help but add shota path to their games.
I seriously missed Tajiri's content in original game, but i was completely satisfied with Oyama and Daisuke. "After" somewhat corrected Tajiri's path shortcomings, but i expected a scene in Ryoka's room, it seemed like it should have been obvious to the author, but it wasn't.
However, there is a bright side to this dlc, it is part of Ryoka sister.

Just gonna post it here cause I found one of the reviews pretty funny:
"disgusting gross dudes with a 10/10 hottie if you dont like this then youre a dumb self inserting loser that will never feel the touch of a woman. you avoid ntr because it hits too close to home i get it"

Like... how insecure do you have to be for this to be your "review" of this game lmao
It's purely premature reflection.
Idk, I found it kinda funny.
I always found it funny how NTR is the only fetish people will attack you for disliking like if someone says "i dont like feet" no one says "youre secretly a foot loving troll" or something comments like that review always came off insecure and defensive not liking NTR doesnt make you a cuck and liking NTR doesnt make you a chad(no john self inserting as the ugly/fat/rapist that somehow steals the MC gf doesnt make you any better than the guy self inserting as the cuck) this coming from someone who enjoys the genre lol

Ah I thought After is the sequel where, the Protagonist finally confess his feelings to her. Then try to maintain that feelings as well.

Ok disappointed i believe...
