Yes. It's epilogues for all of the routes from the prior game.

I bought it and bum rushed straight through Masaru's route to check and FINALLY his ending is fixed and you can actually see it.
Crazy that it took this long (and presumably the fix was done by Kagura Games themselves as the Japanese version was never fixed)

its the continuation of the 1st game
but which ending is the real one?

Not really? It's just a DLC yes, but not cut content. It was sold as such as well, just "more scenes" that are either epilogues to the ending from Scars of Summer or complementary scenes with a "new" ending, depending on the routes
Also it goes to add on the good ending, and was a good occasion to have Saki's scenes expanded

im not even going to bother, because its not really netorare. you can read it in the game description. its just a guy; you play as, while the female literally dosent even notice you in a romantic way. its like watching your mother get fucked, or sister. its not netorare, its just bss. which is not netorare. in other words, if your favorite idol got married and had a family. she dosent even recognize you as a potential mating partner, let alone a love interest.
