I tried the two of them and can confirm, this new version is uncensored, unlike the last. Didn't bother to compare the translation, though. It's Kagura, so it's already better, I imagine.

Yes. It's epilogues for all of the routes from the prior game.

I bought it and bum rushed straight through Masaru's route to check and FINALLY his ending is fixed and you can actually see it.
Crazy that it took this long (and presumably the fix was done by Kagura Games themselves as the Japanese version was never fixed)
