Think of it just as extra events for each path that is available.
It would have been great if ryoka was acting and adquiring something of her partner

Nobuo: acting more lo lovely with him, getting more arrogant and greedy to the point to see keita as a poor dude and dressing more wealthy
Yasui: acting more slutty, dressing as prostitute, even charging keita for being with her making you work, being harsh to him
Masaru: passing more time with him and forgetting keita from her social circle

yeah that's the one, there should be a vending machine or something outside it, try to interact with every object. I can't say for exact now since its been a while. Gonna repick it up later since I kinda cg rushed it when it was out.
