No cuz a checkbox is not a valid age verification system, checking someones if is, but I think that moron above misleading you, there is no drm coming, I said that a few pages ago already, AND it is stated so in my Discord, I'm legally forced to check IDs like that for that file distribution and the dc server, but if people share the mod outside I can't "really" do anything, sure the person will get banned, but that's basically it. Some people just refuse to read and turn on common sense, can't help that. Beside the fact that they cry bc they just have to show their DoB, those people are kids so doesn't really matter.
no drm, I have to check ID by law, under the german "Jugendschutz" law aint gonna explain that shit in detail, but a simple checkbox "are you over 18" is not enough here, part of reason why ALL porn games arent available in germany on steam. If they fake what am I supposed to do, if they fake it good enough, I only have to check, validate and confirm. Aint no way you can tell if something is a fake or not, but taking that as arguement to say age checking via ID is useless is stupid aswell. The mod is gonna get leaked, nothing I can do about it, but that aint my problem then anymore, I do what I HAVE to do, nothing more. (that no drm was coming i had mentioned a few times now, over the last pages)

Cause for the latter you never need anything related to an ID at all. Just like you don't need that kind of crap to get access to something like Wild Life, and hey, the devs of that game are also German, also under German jurisdiction, restrictions, laws and stuff and they don't ask for such a thing. You only need a Patreon acc to get the paid version, and even that is something which you also can get here if you're patient enough for a backer to upload it and the devs themselves even interact with the damn community of F95, giving and receiving feedback from here.
