Can Someone help me install? When the first disk iso finished installing, it said to "Please insert Disk 2", and won't allow me to continue. I've tried mounting the disk 2 iso, but it move forward. I also can't close the window to try again.

Does anyone know what the last 7 h-scenes are on the last page? Perhaps those are the scenes that didn't make it over to HQ. I'm interested in a scene someone posted about on another site that involves Sekai diddling herself with a framed picture of Makoto 
(the trailer shows her licking it). Even with all the endings unlocked, I've never came across this scene. And judging by the subtitles in the screenshot, it most certainly seems to be from HQ. Does anyone have this scene or a link to it?
