I'm not 100% sure since it's been years since I've played this but from what I recall no choices just leads you to Sekai ending (if I'm wrong it's a Kotonoha ending). The game still counts "no choice" as a choice and it often ends up going in Sekai's favor. You can tell the top bar moving towards one girl or the other. Getting one of the notorious bad endings is way more difficult and convoluted than just picking nothing.

It will lead you to "With honesty", which is the GE for Sekai. Kotonoha won't pursue Makoto like other ending due to less physical intimacy. But Sekai was with Taisuke for a while due to Makoto's ignorance.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
The next button is grayed out no matter which folder I select. Its the setup/.exe file for patch v1.02

If you do literally nothing the more aggressive girl gets him because she's the one just throwing herself at him. Big surprise.
