No new scenes, content is 1:1 to School Days HQ (which basically means 21 endings as opposed to the original 2005's release of 20, as HQ added the new bad ending "Pushed Too Far", and the remade visuals featured in HQ, just now actually in HD/1920x1080+)

Its already available, but only in japanese. The english version will be released at the end of the month and you can expect a leak then.

I'm sorry, where did you learn this at? On the pre-order page for the remaster, it still says TBD, and there's nothing insinuating this on the JastUSA twitter page.
