Aside of the prequel of this series, I don't think there are any.
But there's Dollhouse District which is empty eyes due to dollification, or maybe you're looking for Time-Stop theme?

But if you are into VN, check I walk Among Zombies 1 and 2. 3 had almost no zombies if I remember.
