It is not asking for money, it's free. "Telechargement" means "Download".
You just need to click on "Valider et telecharger le fichier" and the free download will start.

In order to use the "School Love and Friends.CT" file you need to have "Cheat Engine" installed in your computer.

The patch is v10.1 only and will actually don´t run with the latest version v2.4 .
But , if I´m being honest, I didn´t test it with v2.4 by myselve. Becourse in v2.4 is the money cheating function of this patch encluded .

I preferred when it was your cousins. I dont understand why it was changed. Most countries and even nearly the entire US permits cousins to get it on with each other.
