Ako sleeps with the cousin, you can share her with a couple, and some dude can sleep with the aunt and the older cousin (afair, those are the options). The sharing is a choice, the dude can be stopped before anything happens. I don't remember if you can really stop Ako, but you don't get much content with Ako unless you help her out with cousin.
