There is no way to remove bags from Flora's and Natalie's heads in the exhibitionism quest (this will most likely be in the next updates).
But considering that the next update will be in September-October at best, I don't want to wait for it.
At the link is the game with modified quests #108/109.
The bag has been removed from the heads, little things like glare/spanking marks/etc have been added.

Sometimes there are problems with the hands...but it is enough to generate many images...some will turn out well (in addition to using good promps and certain settings)
Create a Lora in Civitai, I'm still somewhat new how to do it directly with my PC (I'm researching XD)

I assume you are having a problem on Joiplayer ? If so tap the screen on the far right (top or bottom corners work for me) and drag it to the play button. It might take a few tries to get the hang of it.
