Ask Natalie and Violet.

Scarlett doesn't work says I don't want to talk to her right now same with Violet I'll talk to Natalie
Edit: Natalie doesn't work either think these quests are bugged is there a fix for them

The Ipatch is sadly redundant now with latest game version and needs work by a modder to update if and when possible.

The Developer is making this more difficult to do.

If you git gut in the dungeon you can earn lots of cash to buy gifts that can add +500 points to lvl up the romance lvl. Afaik the highest amount some girls need for all their content is lvl 6. As long as you have cash to buy expensive gifts the grind above lvl 6 should be a walk in the park.

Some of the lingerie you can buy with the latest build even adds +1000 points but can only be given once. To answer the question... i haven't tried it but i assume lvl 10 is max for now.

Really? To avoid people playing in a not designed way, the dev changed all data from the json format to the soldata one so that people can't cheat with an editor. My man here really went mad. I mean, nobody would think of that since players not wanting to spend all day grinding are a good cut of all the fan base

You can get them both naked, it is RNG, I suggest save-scamming until u get lucky.

For the ritual u need your Sofia, Violet and Natalie, Sofia just wants 8 lolipops and Violet wants a bike. You have to give her the bike and then interact with her outside on a weekend. After that change to alter-ego and talk to Ramsey. Then u unlock a scene.
The transfer student quest is pretty pointless to do since there is no scene.
