I think its due to the amount of time spent trying to make it unpiratable/uncheatable, this game has a stupid DRM

^ This. I'm almost certain he's spent more time on the DRM than he has spent on making the game itself. And for what, one might think that it must be for a solid and reasonable reason, right ?
